Go live
A new organisation starts in the Pending state. The add-in is installed, but no signature is inserted and everyone’s native Outlook signature is left alone. This lets you finish setup safely.
Before you activate
Section titled “Before you activate”The Activate button becomes available once:
- the add-in has received at least one compose event, meaning someone has started a new email with the add-in installed, and
- a default signature is configured.
The dashboard’s Setup checklist shows what is still outstanding.
Activate
Section titled “Activate”Use Activate on the dashboard checklist or on the Deploy page. From that moment, signatures are applied to new messages.
Pause and resume
Section titled “Pause and resume”On Deploy, Pause stops signature insertion for the whole organisation. The add-in reverts to each person’s native Outlook signature. Resume turns it back on. Pausing never discards your configuration.
