Domain health overview
The domain health widget on Deploy runs a basic daily check of your sending domain’s mail setup. It looks at five things:
- MX records: where inbound mail is delivered
- SPF: which servers may send as your domain
- DKIM: cryptographic signing of outgoing mail
- DMARC: what receivers should do when SPF or DKIM fail
- BIMI: an optional brand logo in supporting inboxes
How the score works
Section titled “How the score works”Each check is Pass, Warn, Fail or Unknown. The score is the share of checks that pass. Unknown results are left out of both sides of the ratio, so a check SigHQ cannot determine never counts against you.
How often it runs
Section titled “How often it runs”Daily, and on demand with Run check now under Configure.
What it is not
Section titled “What it is not”This is basic monitoring, not an exhaustive deliverability audit. SigHQ only reads your public DNS and never changes it for you.
